In case of unjustified cancellation of reservation of conference room made 1 Day before arrival – a charge of 30% of all costs applies.
On the arrival Day – a charge of 50% of all costs applies

In case of early arrival or later departure, it is possible to use the luggage room.
In Check out, please pass the keys to the reception desk.
PREPAYMENT DEPOSIT:
- until 90 days (3 months) before the arrival shall be paid by the customer 10% of the overnight costs
- until 30 days (1 month) before the arrival shall be paid by the customer 30% of the overnight costs

To prepare the prepayment invoice we need the necessary information:
Name of Institution/School/Organization, address and TAX number if it’s given.
The REST of the PAYMENT:
The Payment can be made by: cash (PLN, Euro), credit card, bank transfer.
Costs of CANCELLATION:
- 90-31 days before the arrival - 10% of overnight costs
- 30-15 days before the arrival - 30% of overnight costs
- 14-0 days before the arrival - 50% of the overnight costs
Making a reservation/cancellation by a customer requires a written form (by e-mail).
The customer has read the rules of booking /cancellation and fully accepts them.
IMPORTANT: Meeting rooms for overnight staying groups at the Centre for Dialogue and Prayer.
From 2021 the groups staying for overnight can use one meeting room for free during their stay.
Each additional room will be charged 50 PLN per day regardless of the number of meetings.
